While I have spent most of my career in the Beauty Industry, I was thrilled for the opportunity to expand my horizons and trade in my haircare hat for healthcare. As Blulab.’s Studio Director, I brought strategic leadership to Blulab.’s Studio Department, orchestrating and executing creative strategies to drive brand growth Hoag. I was responsible for the studio’s full scope of work from concept through production, including workflows and journey mapping, while ensuring timelines, budgets and exceptional quality creative that deeply resonated with Hoag’s target audiences. In addition, I successfully executed multi-platform campaign deliverables for Hoag Family Cancer Institute and General Institutes, spanning various digital and print mediums, including media buys at John Wayne Airport, Fashion Island, Irvine Spectrum, The District and with Clear Channel and OutFront billboards, Orange County Business Journal and Modern Luxury magazines, local broadcast, Spotify and online video spots. With this opportunity, I was able to flex my management skills by implementing processes and tools to optimize and streamline operations, improve efficiency, cultivate collaboration, and elevate overall agency performance.
